Customers can contact Customer Service if they wish to inquire for shipping availability on countries not listed. Red Room Dolls does not ship to India, Africa and countries that are predominantly Muslim.

Shipping of the items is done with security in mind. Red Room Dolls sends the dolls without any marks via DHL/FedEx. Tracking information will be provided once the items ships out. Please allow 5-10 days for production of the dolls, shipping turnaround time is approx 5-7 days. The package will be coming from the factory in China; it will be sent directly to the customer’s address, a signature is needed from the recipient.

One of the customers stated that shipping took longer than what was promised. It took 17 days total for the package to arrive at his doorstep. He tried contacting Customer Service for updates and got a reply after three days. We were not blown away by these, but hey, at least the doll still arrived.

Returns

Returns and Refunds are not allowed once the sex dolls are shipped out from the factory. In case of damages, Red Room Dolls will provide the necessary steps to help repair the doll. All required accessories will be sent to the customer. An email with a picture and a brief description of the damage is needed, and declaration must be done within seven days upon receiving the item. Customers can cancel an order, but it must be made two days from the day that it was bought. A full refund will be given for this instance.

Payment Options

Customers have the choice to pay the full price or pay a 35% initial deposit and the remaining upon completion. They accept credit cards (VISA & Mastercard), PayPal, bank transfer, certified checks, multi-card payments. Normal TAT for completion is around 5-7 days from the time the doll is ordered. Completion could take a few more days depending on the specifications, unique requests or quantity of the order. An additional $50.00 will be charged for the 2nd option. If the purchase is more than $2500, full payment is required first before assembly.
